[ ] Applicant’s correct legal name, constitution, address and contact details; relevant identity/incorporation evidence for professional verification.
[ ] Exact word mark or a clear logo image, together with the goods/services description and intended class. This price covers one mark in one class.
[ ] ELIGIBILITY — ONLY WHEN CLAIMED
[ ] For startup / small-enterprise reduced fees: the relevant eligibility certificate/evidence. Selecting a category does not itself establish eligibility.
[ ] USE AND AUTHORISATION
[ ] Proposed-to-be-used application: no prior-use evidence is assumed to exist.
[ ] Existing-use claim: first-use particulars, supporting evidence and user affidavit as applicable.
[ ] If filed through an agent: signed authority / power of attorney in the required form; the filing professional will confirm execution requirements.

Timeline: Our work starts after agreed scope and complete inputs. Government / issuer processing time is separate; no approval date is guaranteed.
