[ ] Applicant name, PAN where applicable, accepted identity/address evidence and photograph as required by the issuing licensed Certifying Authority’s verification method.
[ ] Applicant-controlled email and mobile number; identity/video verification is completed by the applicant directly through the issuer’s process.
[ ] Organisation certificate/signing capacity and authorisation documents where an organisational DSC is required.
[ ] CONFIRM BEFORE PURCHASE
[ ] Certificate class/type, validity, issuer, signing/encryption purpose and whether the token, delivery and setup are included.
[ ] The displayed provider allowance is not a government statutory charge. An unspecified product remains an estimate until written confirmation.
[ ] KEEP PRIVATE
[ ] Never share your DSC private signing key, PIN or OTP. No KYC document is uploaded on the public quote form.
